Kisspeptin-10 (Metastin (45-54) — GPR54/KISS1R agonist) is a 10-amino acid C-terminal kisspeptin fragment. C-terminal 10-amino acid fragment of kisspeptin-54 with full GPR54/KISS1R agonist potency — the minimal active fragment. GPR54 is the master GnRH pulse generator receptor in the hypothalamus, making kisspeptin-10 the physiological trigger for GnRH → LH → sex hormone cascade.
