What is Tesofensine?
Tesofensine is a triple monoamine reuptake inhibitor — simultaneously blocking DAT, SERT, and NET. Originally developed for Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, it demonstrated exceptional appetite suppression and weight loss in Phase 2 obesity trials.
